ToDoal is a productivity application designed to help users organize tasks manage reminders track progress and plan personal goals

The information and features provided through ToDoal are intended for general productivity and organizational purposes

Although we aim to provide a useful and reliable service we do not guarantee that all information will always be accurate complete available or suitable for every user's individual needs

You are responsible for evaluating how you use the application and the information it provides

2 — No Guarantee of Productivity Results

ToDoal provides tools to support task management planning and personal organization

We do not guarantee that using ToDoal will increase productivity help you achieve particular goals improve academic or professional performance or produce any specific outcome

Individual results depend on personal circumstances habits decisions and other factors outside our control

Any examples of productivity improvements or potential benefits should not be interpreted as guaranteed results

3 — Reminders and Notifications

ToDoal may provide task reminders email notifications daily briefings and other productivity communications depending on available features and your preferences

We do not guarantee that every reminder or email will be delivered at the intended time

Notifications may be delayed or interrupted by connectivity issues device settings browser restrictions email filtering infrastructure failures or third-party service interruptions

You remain responsible for monitoring important deadlines appointments payments and other time-sensitive obligations

Do not rely exclusively on ToDoal for critical reminders where missing a notification could cause significant loss or harm

4 — Service Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable application but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance software updates infrastructure failures security incidents or third-party provider interruptions

Features may be modified suspended or discontinued when necessary for maintenance security operational reasons or product development

We are not responsible for disruptions to the extent that liability may lawfully be limited under applicable law

5 — Data Loss and Account Deletion

Users are responsible for saving or exporting information they wish to retain where such functionality is available

ToDoal provides account deletion functionality and enforces a confirmed 90-day inactivity deletion policy

Warning emails may be sent at approximately 30 60 80 and 85 days without qualifying account activity

If an account remains inactive throughout the 90-day period it will be automatically deleted

Account deletion is intended to remove associated productivity information according to our implemented deletion process

You should not rely on an inactive account as a permanent backup for important information

6 — Third-Party Services

ToDoal relies on third-party providers that may include Firebase Supabase Paddle Brevo Cloudflare Vercel Hostinger Google GitHub Meta and Microsoft

These services support authentication database storage billing email delivery hosting security and configured analytics

Third-party services may experience interruptions or changes outside our direct control

Their use may also be governed by their own terms privacy policies and contractual arrangements

References to third-party services do not necessarily imply endorsement or partnership beyond the services actually provided

7 — Payments and Subscriptions

Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record for subscription billing and payment processing

Subscription prices billing intervals renewal conditions and included features are presented through the applicable purchase flow

Payments are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes refund rights or other remedies that cannot legally be excluded

8 — Security Disclaimer

We implement security measures intended to protect user information and reduce unauthorized access

These measures include authentication controls database access restrictions rate limiting bot protection and infrastructure security services

However no internet-based application or storage system can guarantee absolute security

Users should protect their authentication accounts avoid sharing access tokens and report suspected unauthorized access promptly

We do not guarantee that every security threat will be detected or prevented

ToDoal may reference third-party websites or services

External websites are operated independently and may have different terms privacy practices and security standards

We do not control all content or practices of external websites and are not responsible for them except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law
